Document Control with Bluebeam Revu – Burnaby

Document Control with Revu is a Curtek course that teaches you and your staff Document Control practices using Bluebeam Revu. This full-day training course provides you and your staff with the knowledge and skills to take plain PDF construction documents and create smart PDF’s that can give project teams accurate and up to date information at all times.
This course promises to shorten your staff’s learning curve and maximize your investment in Revu by:
• Providing hands-on instruction by a Bluebeam Certified Instructor
• Focusing on the foundational skills needed to use Revu to achieve greater productivity
• Delivering frequent skills reinforcement through hands-on classroom activities, contextual feedback, quizzing and discussion

Who should attend:
Field and office professionals in the construction, engineering and architecture industry.
Taking the Bluebeam Revu Basics course is not mandatory as a prerequisite, however it is strongly recommended. Several of the topics taught in these courses are built on the foundation of several topics taught in the basics course.
Instructor:
Curtek is a technical consulting firm specializing specifically in Bluebeam Revu and servicing the Western Canada market. We offer multiple training sessions to help our clients work effectively with their digital documents. The instructor, Morgan Garry, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from BYU-Idaho and over 10 years of commercial construction experience in project management and estimating. Morgan is also the first and only Bluebeam Certified Instructor in Canada.
IMPORTANT: You will need to provide your own laptop with Bluebeam Revu installed and a scroll wheel mouse. You can download the software for a trial version for 30 days at http://www.bluebeam.com/InstRevuTRIAL
If you don’t have your own laptop with Bluebeam Revu, we can provide a training laptop for the day ($25 rental fee). The total number of training laptops is limited and will be provided to those who reserve them first.
