DESCRIPTION:We are at the generational crossroads of workplace composition in Canada. For the first time in modern history there are 4 generations in the average Canadian workplace\, and it is estimated that by 2020\, at least 50% of the workforce in Canada will be Millennials. \nThis workshop will explore some of the challenges and opportunities businesses face as the generational balance tips as the Boomers continue to retire and the Millennials and Gen Z take their place.  What will this mean for your managers and supervisors?
